Instrument Usage
This instrument is suitable for the latest GB/T14342-2015 national standard, and can measure the specific resistance of various chemical fibers.  It is one of the important instruments for determining the spinnability of chemical fibers. It has the advantages of accurate, stable, rapid, and easy to use and operate.  It is suitable for the determination of the specific resistance of chemical fibers in scientific research, fiber inspection, chemical fiber production plants and user factories and other departments.

The instrument adopts touch screen operation and automatic test device, and the test data is accurate and reliable.

Main Technical Data
(1) Measuring range of fiber specific resistance: (converted resistance value) 100~1014Ω, 15±0.1g for each test specimen.
(2) The basic error of the instrument: resistance ≤ 1012Ω, ± 5%; resistance > 1012Ω, ± 20%.
(3) The instrument should be used in the environment without corrosive gases and strong electromagnetic field interference.
(4) The instrument should be calibrated at a temperature of 20 ℃ ± 2 ℃, relative humidity of 65 ± 10% of the standard environmental conditions.
(5) The working power supply is AC 220±10﹪ 50Hz.
(6) The test voltage of the instrument is categorized into 1V and 100V, and the voltage deviation is less than ±3%. Measuring range when testing voltage 1V: 10Ω～107Ω; Measuring range when testing voltage 100V: 106Ω～1014Ω; range switching automatically.
